I suggest you take a look at Comparere. Comparere is a Usenet Rating and Review site. You can access Usenet via Usenet Providers, usenet providers provide access to newsgroups. And in newsgroups the files (such as movies, games, tv shows etc.) are stored. Usenet Providers download the content from the newsgroups to their own servers, they leave the files there for an amount of time (retention). Some Usenet Providers provide 300 days of retention (newsgroup files will be held 300 days on their server) while other provide 100 days of retention. A newsreader is like Utorrent or Azureus, you need the program in order to download. Via Usenet you still can download all of the latest games, applications, movies and tv shows you want. You can learn all about Usenet Access, Usenet Servers, Usenet Newsgroups, Usenet SSL, Usenet Retention and take a look into the Usenet Guide.
